Global Temperatures

This eye-catching chart is from this article on Phys.org.  The article says that a warm climate is more sensitive to changes in atmospheric CO2.  Which means that a given rise in atmospheric CO2 raises global average temperatures more when the temperature itself is higher.  Not good news.  I added the red dot, which shows where the global temperature anomaly is likely to be on the same scale as the long-term section of the chart on the left.
